What kind of services do you provide?
We provide web design, apparel design, print design, brand identity, and screen printing.

If I need a service I don’t see listed can you still manage to provide it?
In most cases we will be able to accommodate your request if it relates to design, e-commerce or running a brand. If not we may recommend outside sources.

How do I start a project with BRANDxHYPE?
By filling out the form on the contact page or emailing us with details on your project.

When will you get started my project?
This varies depending on how busy we are, but generally in 1-4 days.

How much will my project cost?
The price range of any given project will be based on complexity, and general service ranges can be seen on the service pages.

How do I make a payment for my project?
We accept payments by debit or credit and via PayPal.

When do I make a payment for my project?
50% of the total project cost is required to begin your project, and the remaining balance is due once your project is either 95% complete for web design or before you receive the high resolution project files for apparel, print, and graphic design. For security purposes, a web design project will not be 100% complete and apparel, print, or graphic design files will not be sent until the project is paid in full.

Please note: The deposit is non-refundable, should the client cancel for any reason, once we begin any work on your project

How long will it take to complete my project?
Depending on the number of services required and the amount of work involved, please allow 1-4 weeks for project completion.

My project needs to be completed yesterday, can you help me?
If you need something done as soon as possible, a rush fee of 30% will apply and we will try our best to complete the project in 1-3 days.

What is the client’s involvement in the design process?
Throughout the process of the project, the client is expected to play the director and provide as much details about the design requirements as possible. The more details provided, the better we can understand your vision and the quicker the project can be completed. Images, links and descriptions are all suggested.

How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
In the case of transferring files we will email your design in the file format requested, which is typically a JPEG, PNG, PSD, AI, or TIFF.

Do I own all usage rights to the designs created for my brand?
Yes, you can use your design where ever you want in any way you want once you have paid for it and have received the files.
